Ah… visiter la Corse en moto… le rêve ! Savez-vous que plus de 20% des touristes en Corse choisissent à un moment ou un autre de leur séjour de prendre un deux roues pour profiter des routes de l’île ?

Pourquoi prendre une moto en Corse ?

Les routes Corses sont difficiles pour qui n’est pas habitué aux routes de montagnes. Les tournants se suivent mais ne se ressemblent pas… En moto c’est beaucoup plus facile et agréable, tellement la route Corse vous permet de constamment rouler entre mer et montagne. Des panoramas uniques, des petits sentiers pour faire une pause gourmande, des villages perdus: voilà, entre autre, tout ce qui s’offre à ceux qui profitent de la Corse en moto.

Avoir une moto en Corse.

Vous pouvez louer une moto dans les principales villes de Corse (surtout Ajaccio et Bastia) et ainsi ne pas vous encombrer d’un véhicule personnel. En fonction de la saison, comptez autour de 250/300€ la semaine hors assurances et matériel (casque, veste…).

Si vous avez prévu d’aller en moto en Corse, vous devez alors prendre le bateau. La SNCM, la Corsica Ferries et la Méridionnale proposent au départ de Marseille, Toulon et Nice des traversées pour la Corse avec un véhicule (deux ou quatre roues). Pour le tarif de la traversée avec une moto il faut prévoir un budget d’environ 100€ / aller-retour (là encore tout dépend de la saison).

Dans quel sens découvrir la Corse ?

Cette question est plus qu’importante ! Il est recommandé, surtout lorsqu’on est en moto, de découvrir la Corse du Nord vers le sud. Donc d’arriver dans la région de Bastia, puis d’aller via le Cap Corse vers St-Florent, pour ensuite filer sur Calvi, Corte, puis Ajaccio et sa région, partir vers Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, Sartène et retour par Figari (avion) ou Propriano (Bateau). Ainsi vous vous donnez l’occasion de découvrir, sur 2 semaines idéalement, le meilleur de la Corse.

Voyager en Corse sera alors pour vous un magnifique moment de découverte et de partage, avec de très beaux souvenirs à la clef…
